Pv10 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using pv10's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and pv10 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the pv10 platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published separately.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. pv10 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using pv10, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pv10. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice. pv10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the pv10 support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the pv10 platform solely for lawful and responsible entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to manipulate, deceive, or damage pv10's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Harassing other users or sending communications that are offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate through the platform.
- Accessing restricted areas of the platform or attempting to obtain other users' information without authorisation.
Pv10 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved, without liability to the users concerned.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the pv10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and domestic bank transfers. By using these payment methods, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method and are authorised to use it.
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is subject to change in line with current policies. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance. pv10 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's name. The name on the bank account must match the name on the pv10 profile. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements may be held until verification is complete.
Pv10 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing where there are signs of unusual or suspicious activity, for the purpose of user protection. Any funds deposited using unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Pv10 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or cyberattacks beyond pv10's control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the service.
Account Suspension and Closure
Pv10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if directed by the relevant authorities. Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to current policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the pv10 platform are the exclusive property of pv10 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pv10.
Third-Party Links
The pv10 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. pv10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Pv10 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the pv10 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
